Acceptance

By using the platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.

Service description

Codbip provides a range of web and digital services, including:

  • - Website creation: showcase websites, e-commerce sites and custom web applications
  • - Maintenance plans: Essentiel, Pro and Premium packages including hosting, updates, support and performance monitoring
  • - Automatic SEO Blog: AI-powered automated generation of SEO-optimised blog articles, published on the client's subdomain
  • - Digital consulting: strategic support, audits, and digital transformation advisory
  • - Automations: implementation of automated workflows, third-party integrations and business process optimisation

The services available depend on the subscribed offer or the quote signed between the parties.

Account and security

Access to the Codbip platform is secured via JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication. Two access levels are distinguished:

  • - Clients: access to the client dashboard to view quotes, invoices, ongoing projects and performance reports
  • - Administrators: extended access for managing client accounts, projects, content and system configurations

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account. Any suspicious use or unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [email protected].

Budget simulator

The budget simulator available on the Codbip platform is an indicative estimation tool. Amounts displayed are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer or a pricing commitment.

The final price is confirmed exclusively by a signed quote between Codbip and the client. No payment may be demanded solely on the basis of a simulator estimate.

Automatic SEO Blog

As part of certain offers, Codbip provides an AI-powered automatic blog article generation service optimised for search engine visibility (SEO).

  • - Publication frequency is approximately 1 article per day on the client's designated subdomain
  • - Content is generated and optimised automatically; clients may submit preferred topics or keywords
  • - Codbip reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove any content that does not meet its quality standards, SEO commitments or applicable legislation
  • - The client remains responsible for ensuring that published content on their domain complies with their business activity and sector-specific regulations

Acceptable use

  • - No illegal, fraudulent or harmful use affecting third parties
  • - No unauthorized access attempts or service disruption
  • - Compliance with applicable laws and intellectual property rights
  • - No scraping, automated extraction or reproduction of content, data or structures from the platform
  • - No unauthorised automated access (bots, crawlers) to platform pages, APIs or tools
  • - No abuse of the budget simulator or booking system (repeated submissions, false requests, mass testing)

Billing and liability

Commercial terms, subscriptions and liability limits are governed by the signed offer or quote. Unless stated otherwise, Codbip provides the service on a best-efforts basis.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to certain users or consumers.
