The commercial rules governing the services, quotes, payments and deliverables offered by Codbip.
Last updated: March 16, 2026
These terms of sale govern all services sold by Codbip, including:
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
The simulator available on the website provides indicative, non-binding price estimates intended to guide the client before any commitment.
Binding quotes are issued as PDF documents via the Codbip admin dashboard. Each quote specifies the scope, deliverables, indicative timeline and applicable pricing. Quotes are valid for 30 days from their issue date.
An order is confirmed by signing the quote or any equivalent written agreement. No work begins without prior validation.
All prices are expressed in euros excluding VAT (EUR excl. tax). Applicable VAT is added in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of invoicing.
Monthly maintenance plans are offered at the following levels (indicative pricing):
Project creation fees (websites, applications) are invoiced separately in one or several instalments as specified in the quote. Payment is made by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit as agreed. Late payment may suspend ongoing service delivery.
Typical indicative timelines by project type are:
These timelines depend on client responsiveness for content validation, design feedback and provision of required access. Formal client sign-off is required at each key project milestone before proceeding to the next phase.
Monthly maintenance plans include, depending on the subscribed tier:
Automated SEO blog: this service covers the production and publication of one article per day, fully managed by Codbip. Each article is optimised for organic search (SEO) based on keywords and topics defined with the client. The client retains the ability to review and adjust content.
The client retains full ownership of their content (text, images, data, logo) provided to Codbip as part of the services.
Codbip retains rights over its own frameworks, internal tools, generic components and development methodologies. These elements are not transferred to the client under standard projects.
Custom developments built specifically for the client are transferred in full ownership upon complete settlement of all amounts due under the corresponding quote.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide reasons or pay penalties.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
The client is expressly informed of this exception at the time of confirming any digital service commenced immediately after the order.
Codbip is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages, loss of business or consequences linked to improper use, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
Either party may terminate the relationship according to the terms set out in the quote, subscription or current agreement. Work already performed and sums due remain payable.
